The tools we need are a spatula, a frying pan, a stove.
Here are the steps to make it. First, prepare all the ingredients and tools, second, crush the red chilies, garlic, and combine until smooth. Third, add salt and margarine over low heat for two minutes. Next, add rice and soy sauce. Then, stir until well blended and the rice is hot. After that, serve hot on a plate.
